Is there an age restriction at our events?

Yes, all of our events are 18+. All attendees must be over the age of 18 years old and will need to show a valid ID upon entry and also at the bars.

What is the dress code at Basshead Events?

The dress code is casual and comfortable - be prepared for all types of weather. Wear lightweight, breathable clothes that make you feel good. If you choose to wear heavy fabrics, remember to stay hydrated.

Is there drinking water at the venue?

Yes - there are multiple drinking water points available at stations situated at our venues.

Please ask a member of our team if you need help finding one and they will be happy to assist.

Is there anywhere to charge my mobile phone?

Depending on the venue, there will be a mobile phone charging port or please ask a member of our team if you need help finding one and they will be happy to assist. Our team suggests bringing a portable charger.

Will there be food and drinks at the venue?

Depending on the venue selected or the type of event hosted, there will be certain stalls available close to the venue for food or readily available at the venue.

Will there be a cloakroom available?

There will be a cloakroom available on-site for $10. There will also be an external cloakroom just outside the entrance for some prohibited or restricted items and you will be able to collect your item after the event on your way out.

We're excited to welcome you all to our 2024 season as we return to creating melodic experiences once more.

Please read the below carefully for some recommendations on how to prepare and have the best experience for you and your friends at our events.

- Check the last entry time
via text or email in regard to set times
which will be released the week of each show

- Prepare your confirmation emails and texts that you are part of the Exclusive Attendee List

- Make sure you have a valid ID

- Make sure you are following all of our channels: Instagram and Facebook and be ready to showcase upon entry.

- Connect to the internet and have the app notifications turned on for all important messaging leading up to the week of the event and on the day for social promotions of the experience.

- Be prepared for Searches & drug detection dogs are present at all events.

Ahead of each event, we wish to remind all attendees that your safety is our priority. We have experienced team members on hand throughout the venue. If you feel unwell or notice a friend feeling unwell, please seek out a member of staff immediately.

Please take regular breaks and drink water - this is readily available throughout the site. If someone around you seems fatigued or confused, find them somewhere safe to sit and seek onsite medical personnel.

Drug Safety

We do not condone the use of illegal substances. Take regular breaks from dancing, chill out, cool down & head to our drinking water points located at the venue.

Is there drinking water at the venue?

Yes. Please ask a member of our team if you need help finding one and they will be happy to assist.

What if I need medical assistance when I am at the event?

If you require medical assistance we have a fully experienced team on hand to assist with any enquiry, no matter how small.

Our team will also be available on patrol around the venue to offer assistance as and where needed. Please always feel free to speak to them if you have any queries.

After each event, we wish to remind all customers that your safety is our priority.

We are committed to keeping our community and event experience safe and positive so the following will be prohibited:

1. Illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia

2. E-cigs & vapes

3. Outside food and drinks, including alcohol and water

4. Weapons of any kind, including fake/toy weapons

5. Balloons

6. Any medication that has not been cleared by event organizers before the event

If prohibited items are brought to our events, you will be refused entry without a refund and will be asked to check the item into the external cloakroom or handed over to the police.
